After a free consultation we present a custom proposal including:
• A design plan summary
• A rental estimate for furniture, art and accessories
• A detailed installation and removal plan
Typical proposals include an all-inclusive price covering a minimum initial 3-month term. In the unlikely event that your property remains on the market beyond the initial 3-month period, month-to-month plans are available.
Installation will typically occur over a one-two day period depending on specific circumstances. We recommend that the staging stays in place through the removal of the contingencies. At that point, we will remove all items and leave your property exactly as we found it.
